Hi all, I got a weird issue in which when ever we take remote control through config manager remote tool. I can see the user computer but when i open the outlook i cant click menu bar or tool bar or minimize the window(every i request help from user) and also from today i cant click left side button of the outlook. This happens twice in a week for everyone. kindly help me how can i fix this issue. much appreciated if u cud share the step by step process.
