Configuration Manager Client Installation in Windows Server 2008 R2
Hi Wally, We are trying to install SCCM Client in our 2008 R2 Servers for deploying then FEP on each one. We had run the installation as local administrator with same results. If we check SCCM Client Properties in the Actions Tab there are just 2 of them: 1. Machine Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle 2. User Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle How can we do to have a complete installation?

The installation of the client is done, what you have to troubleshoot is the client assignment process. It can be several things, missing information in AD, Missing boundaries etc. Have a look at this article, it contains most of the troubleshooting steps - http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;925282Kent Agerlund | My blogs: http://blog.coretech.dk/author/kea/ and http://scug.dk/ | Twitter @Agerlund | Linkedin: /kentagerlund
