Sorry if this is obvious, there's been a lot of news this week and I've tried looking and so far haven't turned up anything.

Is there documentation for configuring the Cloud Search Service Application? I don't see a service application in Central Administration and I haven't found an obvious PowerShell cmdlet. Is this build into the 2016 preview or is it a separate download?

Cloud Hybrid Search won't be available till September 7th but you can read the documentation in the mean while.
