Computer pinging but Gray agent state
Found some ops manager logs with Event ID: 20022 The health service {2BD436BB-7BEE-CD05-201E-4D0DC68C9024} running on host AEDXBDC01.ap.APMEA.McDcorp and serving management group APMEA01 with id {E59B9ECA-E516-1BF5-48EA-386678D48B94} is not heartbeating.
