Computer is already enrolled

Is this a joke? If my PC was enrolled where is it? And where are the prompts to follow? How do I get rid of Intune again?

All this is a great waste of time and really annoying.....does MS ever get anythign 100% right?

No, nothing is ever 100% right, and nothing ever will be. Nobody is perfect... To answer your question, if you find your computer in the admin console, right click on it and select retire.

HI Ryan and Jon,

thanks for your replies. I found the answer. I know it sounds negative but there are so many issues at the moment it is not funny anymore.

Anyway, thanks again for your efforts. Problem solved (1 in many :))

Hi all,

If you are having issues retiring a device or removing agents from a machine please log a support case.  Our team should be able to help you resolve the issue.

On the box itself you can also perform the following command, and if everything is working correctly the agents should be uninstalled in few minutes.

To remove the client software by using the Windows Intune command line tool

  1. Open a command prompt in administrator mode.

  2. Navigate to %programfiles%\Microsoft\OnlineManagement\Common

  3. Run the following command - ProvisioningUtil.exe /UninstallAgents /WindowsIntune

Thanks.
