I have ABSOLUTELY no clue what this means at all. I have searched high and low to no avail.

Can anyone tell me WTF this means, because I am beginning to turn green and am afraid I will Hulk smash my way up to Redmond, Washington real soon.

Thank you all for your help, it is much appreciated.

Where did you get the CI from? Did you create them? Have you check the that the CI  rule is correct?

That download page suggests this pack was released in 2012, and applies to WS2008R2.
Is your SUP on WS2008R2 or newer?

Taking a guess, that this CI pack might not be immediately suitable for newer OS?
You can open/view the CI's, to see what the CI is looking to find (e.g. a particular version of a filename exists in a particular folder)
