Company knowledgebase text does not wrap properly
After installing Word 2003 Professionnal French and vstor I am able to create knowledgebase article for my company. The only problem is, after saving the Word document, when viewing the company knowledgebase text in an alert, the text is NOT wrapping at all for any paragraph and there is NO scrollbar. The text is just clipped at the right edge. This does not occur for the product knowledge base I am using the French version of SCOM 2007 R2 CU4 with Windows 2008 R2 RTM. Please advise!

If you used HTML, this may be what is causing this. try using MAML and not resetting the templates to use formatting with HTML.Microsoft Corporation

Thanks for your answer, but I am not using HTML. I am using the builtin feature found in the SCOM Management console to create and edit knowledgebase text. When I click on the "Modify" Button an instance of Microsoft Word 2003 appear with a preloaded template with "fill-in" blank I have to write. Then I click on the "Save" button and close Word. Finally I have to click on the button "Save" in SCOM to complete the operation. I can see the text wrap properly in this windows, but when i go back to the "Alert view" and I open the property of an alert and click on the tab labeled "Company knowledge" the text is not wrapped and is clipped at the right edge. Please help!
