Comments on June 2010 cumulative for WSS and MOSS?
We'll be needing to finally update to a cumulative for WSS3 this month. I was wondering if anyone has tried this yet over the last week and can comment on the experience. Thanks. http://blogs.msdn.com/b/joerg_sinemus/archive/2010/06/30/wss-and-moss-june-2010-cu.aspx

Hi, For a smooth upgrade, please ensure that you’ve read the article about deploying software updates for Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and follow the steps outlined there. After installing the updates, run the SharePoint Products and Technologies Configuration Wizard or “psconfig –cmd upgrade –inplace b2b -wait” command line on every server which have SharePoint installed within the farm. If any problem rise during or after your WSS 3.0 upgrade, please post a thread on the forum with detailed information, professionals may assist you. Hope it helps. Thanks & Regards. It went well for us on an SBS 2003 R2 system. It did ask for a reboot afterwards, which I wasn't expecting because I'd never seen it mentioned in connection with a CU, so we ran the wizard after the reboot rather than before. It probably would have worked either way. I'd also recommend "Understanding Updates for SharePoint Products and Technologies white paper": http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=61dd9d08-d6f6-48af-8ab3-fae2924eb069&displaylang=en And "How to troubleshoot common errors that occur when you run the SharePoint Products and Technologies Configuration Wizard on a computer that is running Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 or SharePoint Server 2007": http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944267
