I cannot see anything in the colleval.log, and also the last modified date of that log is 2 minutes past mid night this morning. With regards to the SMSProv.log, no errors can be seen in this? The only two items in the SMS\Inboxes\colleval.box is two folders BADREPL and RETRY Regards

I have found out that there is a hotfix for this.

KB981797 hotfix. Even i m facing the same issue ...will test it onMonday .In the mean time incase if anyone has some kind of sollution will be highly appreciated

Really what my point was, to help out other people it is always best to list the software update (SU) that fixed your problem, therefore others will benefit from thelittlenugget2007 post.
