Today i have created a new collection with AD site query, The AD has 86 objects but it shows me only 40 on members visible on site option. 

Even in All system 86 machines are not showing, now i am doing client push manually, how could i initiate client push for all 86 machines. why the 86 machines not showing under my primary.

1. Are you using RBA?
2. Does you account have right to all 86 computers?
3. Are you running this on your CAS or on a Primary site?

• Yes i am using RBA.
• Yes it has permission for that site, we have added that site in boundary and system discovery on the primary site.
• I am running this issue on Primary Site and have limited permission on CAS.

Just now we notice, after client installed, few clients are assign to another primary.. This is really strange, while client installation i prefer to install client from the current primary site.

Do you need to check anything on boundary group? client assignment part?

There is you problem All work should be done at a CAS, hence why it is called a CAS.

You will have the exact same rights on the CAS as you do the primary site.
