How does the collection query (WQL) look like? Any chance that you are using AD system or AD system group related data for building the collection which is not enabled or configured differently at a child site?Torsten Meringer | http://www.mssccmfaq.de

Collections are created at Central Site and now they are replicated to all Primary sites. Even default "ALL Systems" counts are also not matching on Site 1. Let me know if you need more details.

Even default "ALL Systems" counts are also not matching on Site 1. If you've mutli tier environment then it's not necessary that the numbers of resoources in "all systems" collections in child primaries and central should match. Child primary collections will display the resources which are there in it's DB.Anoop C Nair - @anoopmannur MY BLOG: http://anoopmannur.wordpress.com User Group: ConfigMgr Professionals This posting is provided AS-IS with no warranties/guarantees and confers no rights.

Here is the collection query select SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client from SMS_R_System where SMS_R_System.Name like "%DOS%" On central above query give me 212 result and same is the case for Site 2 and Site 3 but same collection query on Site 1 give me 28 records only.

My other two Primary servers (Site 2 and Site 3) Shows all 10000 records in same collection. I tried Update and refresh collection on Site 1 but do not see any changes. The product doesn't work that way, a primary site server does not show Clients from other sites other than child sites (Hierarchical). A Central Site server see's all it's child sites Clients and any assigned to the Central. Some advice, do not assign Clients to your Central. Keep it there for Reporting and centralised Administrator (create in one place, send out everywhere, be it a package or anything else that replicates to child-sites). A primary only see's its Clients and Clients from Child Sites directly underneath it. A Primary cannot know about Clients at a Primary that is not directly underneath it. I assume from your post that you have 10,000 Clients in your Hierarchy. You say you have 10k listed at the Central, which means you have 10k of Clients assigned to your Primaries underneath the Central. Why do you expect 10k of Clients to show up at each of the 3 Primary Site servers? Wouldn't this make 30k of Clients shown at the Central? Does this help you?
