Client push Installation

I am trying to install clients from my secondary site and I configured the client push installation properties as follows:

SMSSITECODE="Sec Site Code" SMSCACHESIZE=10240 SMSMP="Sec FQDN" DNSSUFFIX="dns" RESETKEYINFORMATION=TRUE

And when i try to install client with the secondary site, the installation will be successful but the client activity will be either InActive or Blank.

I want to make sure whether i am using the right client push properties. Please help me resolve this.

First of all the SMSSITECODE should be the primary site.

SCCM client are always assign to the primary site.

If a client is showing as inactive means it already talk to SCCM you would need to look at why it stop using the local log. Probably as to do with not being able to talk to the MP

If they are showing blank it's because the client was never able to talk to the MP

Logs to look at

CcmMessaging.log

ClientLocation.log (to make sure right site)

Thanks Frederick.

In CCMMessaging.log file I am getting this error:

ERROR: URL=http://Primary FQDN/ccm_system_windowsauth/request, Port=80, Options=192, Code=0, Text=CCM_E_BAD_HTTP_STATUS_CODE]LOG]!

Why are using RESETKEYINFORMATION=TRUE ?

This is use to reassigning a client from one hierarchy to a different hierarchy. If you are using push you don't need to use this.
