Client not installing on Windows 7

Have a new Windows 7 box, using SCCM 2012, the SCCM client is not installing, I'm pushing it out via GPO , it has a folder on the WIN7 box. the log file has the following, let me know if this is enough information or if more is needed. this is the last part of the ccmsetup.log file

I would look at the BITS logs on the client to see whats happening to the jobs.
