Client issues on servers

I am seeing some weird things.

we have pki set up for encrypted communication.

I have 8 servers that live on a certain vlan.  This Vlan is called out in my boundries.

3 of the servers that installed the client, sees the correct cert and communicates back to the site server.

the other 5 i manually installed the client.  Opening Configuration Manager client on the server the Client Cert says "NONE".  The Connection Type is "Currently Internet".

Also, on my SCCM server if i search for the clients i should at least be able to find them and have it show that the client isn't installed.  The SCCM server doesn't even see these 5 servers though???  We do a discovery nightly.

The location services log has the following errors.

Failed to resolve 'SMS_SLP' from WINS LocationServices 3/19/2015 7:21:47 AM 35160 (0x8958)
Unable to find lookup MP(s) in Registry, AD, DNS and WINS LocationServices 3/19/2015 7:21:47 AM 35160 (0x8958)

How did you install the client (command line)? What does ClientLocation.log, LocationServices.log, CertificateMaintenance.log and ccmmessaging.log tell?
