Client connects via Tools but immediately goes to blank
Having a weird issue with one of the PCs. We can connect to the client PC using Remote Tools although the screen only remains open for a few moments. It then displays a big, black screen with a white pause icon and then prompts with the "Use Remote Desktop" screen. I cannot connect to the PC using Remote Assistance. We've tried logging the PC out and back in as well as reboot the PC entirely but the problem still remains. Has anyone run into this before?

Hi, verify that the last display driver is installed on that machine, also check the remotecontrol.log Bechir Gharbi | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/bgharbi/
