Sometimes, I saw just, after the discovery, the ccr are created, and sometimes we need to wait; wait ..... wait. Does anyone have this information ?

If I remember correctly, the CCM will only process 8 CCRs at a time. So like Torsten said, if you discover a large number of new systems, you will have to wait while ConfigMgr sorts through them. It won't initially wait 1 hour though if that's what you are thinking. My understanding is when i have enable client push installation and its properties, it will run automatically to push client to all computer under boundaries, no need to run client installation wizard on collection / specific computer, is that right ? 2. Some technet article says that the client installation retry every 1 hour, can we change that setting, where ? Thanks.

Hello - 1. Yes, you are correct. No need to run on specific collection. 2. If the Client Configuration Manager encounters any errors during this process, the CCR file is renamed to the name of the target client computer and is put in the SMS\Inboxes\Ccrretry.box folder. The Client Configuration Manager checks for files in this inbox folder every 60 minutes and tries to reprocess them 168 times (7 days) before they are discarded.
