After you do a client push you can monitor the status in the CCM.LOG on the server. Before you do the client push, make sure your machines are discovered and assigned to the site and that you have a client push account designated. that you have a client push account designated. Technically you do not need a client push account. I always put all of my servers into an AD group and add that group into local admins via restricted groups. That's just one less service account that you need to maintain. Whatever you decide to do please do not use a domain admin account, that's overkill and bad security practice.
