Hi 

I have client installation getting failed on multiple machines , and looking at logs it seems that its getting failed when wua agent is being extracted from file .Please advise on how to work on this.............

How do you install the client, push? manually? Which switches are you using?

We are doing it with client push .................

So far what i discovered is i reinstalled client on 2-3 machines via psexec utility using new set of setup files 

and it worked this time on all 3 machines............

so does it mean that client file at source site are corrupted.........

From the log, it seems like you are installing Client on Windows Embedded operating system. Have you checked the pre-requisites listed for them.

Prerequisites for Installing the Configuration Manager 2007 Client on Windows Embedded Devices

Did you configure a Client Push Installation account. Maybe you don't have administrative rights on the Client with the Client Push Installation account
