Is the client assigned to the site? That is the only reason I know of the a client push won't be attempted and thus nothing will appear in ccm.log. The only other time I've seen ccm.log not show anything was fixed by thr installing a handful of post SP2 hotfixes.Jason | http://blog.configmgrftw.com | Twitter @JasonSandys

Do you have anything in the ccmsetup.log. Why not use a GPO instead? That way you ensure that clients are automatically installed when they restart.Kent Agerlund | My blogs: blog.coretech.dk/kea and SCUG.dk/ | Twitter: @Agerlund | Linkedin: Kent Agerlund

Have you look for a CCR file for that machine in the Inboxes\CCRRETRY.BOX folder on the Site Server? Also, on a 64bit OS, the CCMSETUP folder may be in C:\Windows The first thing I check is that an admin user can browse the C$ share on the failing client from the server. This verifies most of the issues (like security and firewall configuration) aren't a problem. The fact that you can't find the CCMSETUP folder is likely to indicate that the server can't connect to the intended client at all. You should be able to find a CCRRETRY file for the client on the site server. Also, you might just want to login to the client machine, copy the CCMSETUP folder over, and manually install the client. The command lines are easy and if it's only a few machines, a manual install is a shortcut you might consider.
