Client Duplicate IDs and Client Activity-how do I remove the problems
Hello, I have started to upgrade SCCM 2007 to SP2. During the upgrade SCCM runs a pre requisite check. The check came back with 2 errors. They are: Client Activity Duplicate client IDs can cause unexpected results in collection evaluation and software distribution to clients. Duplicate client IDs should be resolved before continuing the upgrade process. and Client Duplicate IDs Duplicate client IDs can cause unexpected results in collection evaluation and software distribution to clients. Duplicate client IDs should be resolved before continuing the upgrade process. I have run the sql query and was able to find the problems, but I am not a SQL person so I have no idea on how to remove the problems. Can someone please assist or point me in the right direction? thanks!

Hi,Are you certain that it was errors? Normally they are only warnings and should not prevent you for upgrading to SP2.Kent Agerlund | http://scug.dk/members/Agerlund/default.aspx | The Danish community for System Center products

We have recently upgraded to SP2 and ran into the same warnings as you are having. We continued with the installation regardless and we haven't found any problems yet.
