Client.msi Certificate Expired
I have an SCCM Sp2 installation 4.00.6487.2000. it seems my clinet.msi has the certificate expired on 1/22/2010. I did a bunch searches and have not come up with any solution. This seems odd that I would have an old version of the client. Any thoughts???? Len Havron

Are you having problems installing the SCCM client? Is the file date 09/18/2009? I checked the cert on my client.msi and it's expiration date is the same as yours. However, it doesn't seem to be causing any issues.

When I use right click tools to install the client it gives a "client.msi validation" error. When I push through the console then it will install but not report. All the workstations are installing fine -- it is when I get to a few servers. By the way this particular server hosts DP shares if this makes a difference. I opened a PSS case -- I will let you know what gets resolved. Len Havron
