In my main site home page I have added content query web part for the display video dynamically. but when i click on content query web part - edit web part tab to configure dynamic query its redirect to the error page.

I have activated sharepoint server publishing infrastructure feature still facing issue.

Any help here?

Did you check the ULS log after that error? if not then do so: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Web Server Extensions\14\LOGS

Also make sue that before editing CQWP you need to first checkout the current page then edit that webpart.
