Environment: MOSS 2007 WSS 3.0Clarity Version - v12We have installed Sharepoint connector which pulls data from CA Clarity PPMto Sharepoint in the form of List or Chart Webpart.We have found an issue that chart webpart can be created and viewed by only Service Account but not to the users(even though if user has full rights on that site).I have tried creating chart and setting target audience then the user was able to view/edit the one which got created, but not able to create a new one.Please let us know if we have missed any settings or any solution for this issue.Thanks...

Considering the age of the post and that the OP has never returned to the forums, his posting this solution is unlikely.
