Hello, I am planning to import Windows 2008 R2 latest version MPS to our SCOM R1. I see that the current MPS related to OS monitoring, Exchange, Database MPS are of the old version 6.0.6278.0. Can you please let me know, If I have to update Exchange and Database MPS also with the latest version MPS, along with the windows base MPS ?

No, you could update your Win2K8 mp to the lastet version without updating the exchange mp. SCOM is doing a pre-requisites/dependency checks during the mp update process, so you couldn't something wrong at this level.
