In my org, we have 3 domains and these are configured for system state backup in a remote server share, where the last 5 backups will be retained for each domain. My purpose is to create a runbook for monitoring these last 5 days backup in all the 3 domains which are copied in the file share and to send a backup status mail.

Hi,

best will be to periodically check your three Folders,

GetFile Status activity will read all your files in a Folder inkl last written Date from File

so you can check if 5 Files a here and if they are with an actuall Date.
