Hi,

I got this strange problem in SharePoint 2013. Whene ever I click on a document and open it in MS Office 2007 I get Check out option at top in ribbon. I click on check out make the changes, save and check in the document form Server option in Menu of document. But if I dont close the document and again check out, make change, save and check in . Doing this for multiple times without closing the document disables the Server> Check in option in menu.

Can anyone suggest?

From your description, my understanding is that after you don't close the document and again check out, make changes, save and check in for multiple times,  there is no option offered to check in of SharePoint 2013.

Does you open documents multiple times with one person or different people?

Do you mean that the check in option is missing in office client or document library?

Try to close all the opened documents, then open it again and compare the results.

I open the documents multiple times for one user.

Check in option is missing in office client .

If I don't close the document and again open document, check out, make changes, save and check in for multiple times,  there is an option offered to check in of SharePoint 2013."

So make sure all of the opened documents were checked in.
