Hi All, I have a workflow created to send mails. The body contains discussion board 'Created By' field. It sends mail with ID of the employee instead of name. [ Eg: Hi Domain/98567, Your post has been deleted. ] Now, how can i put the name of the person instead of id. (Like how we press ctrl + k to get the person name in outlook after entering his id) Please help.~ Loveson
