Chart size and alignment are changed while SSRS report received by e-mail in MHTML (web archive) format is open in Outlook
I have created a report in SSRS of SQL Server 2012.  This report consists of multiple charts and its display property is dynamically set to hide/show.  It is scheduled to send by e-mail in MHTML (web archive) format.  When I open the received e-mail of report in Outlook's default editor, different chart areas are not spaced apart as expected/configured and also the horizontal alignments also goes in toss.  If I open the same received e-mail in a web browser (in my case IE 11), everything displayed as expected/configured.  Also if the if the mail is send in Excel format everything is proper.  It looks like issue is in Outlook's default viewer.  So can anyone help me to sort out the issue in rendering of MHTML in Outlook default viewer.

Hi Sanil,

According to your description, when receiving an report with MHTML format via e-mail, the report is not displayed in outlook properly, right?

In our local environment, we have tested this scenario and the report has the same issue. Per my research, it is because outlook will call the previewer plugin to display the MHTML content. And this viewer is different the MHTML viewer which used in IE browser. In the e-mail, we can see the following image, it suggest that if there are some displayed problems, we can view it in a browser.

This forum is about designing Reporting Services report, as your issue is about MHTML content displayed in outlook, we suggest you post this case to the Outlook forum for dedicated support:

If you have any other question, please feel free to ask.
