Changing the background when a task sequuence build has failed
Hi,
I have a requirement from a client who wants to change the background when the tasl sequence build fails.
Has anyone had a similar requirement or know of a clean way of doing this. I'm not too sure what I should be checking against as to see if a error has occured, if it should be something in the smsts.log file etc...
If anyone has a script that they have used to change the background if the task sequence fails it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Steve (Rachui) did a great blog post a while back about capturing log files when a TS task fails:
http://blogs.msdn.com/b/steverac/archive/2008/07/15/capturing-logs-during-failed-task-sequence-execution.aspx. MDT uses this technique.
As for changing the background, Cameron (King) outlined a technique that is used for UDI:

You should be able to adapt both of these to your needs.Jason | http://myitforum.com/cs2/blogs/jsandys | Twitter @JasonSandys
