Yes and no. You could do some database "magic" to accomplish this, but its not support by MS. The supported way would be to save as template (check the include content checkbox) and then create a new list from the template with the content on a new URL. Yes you can change the path.If you open up the site in sharepoint designer and then right click the list name and select rename. Type in the new name you want. This will change the url to "/Lists/your new name/allitems.aspx". Now lets say you want the title of the list to be different then the url you just renamed it to. After renaming it in sharepoint designer you can go back to the list via the IE and go to list settings and change the title of the list there.
