Hello , I uploaded a bootstrap theme (wsp file) into my team site . I activated the solution and then tried accessing the Change the look page . But it shows up nothing . its the same with the composed looks page . Then I deactivated the solution but to no avail . The links are still broken. 

Is there any fix for this .

When you deactivated the solution, did the master page(s) revert to the original out of the box master pages? The change the look page does use the system master page, you could try reverting to the seattle master manually in SPD or in the browser to see if that fixes things.

Have you also viewed the Composed look gallery? It is possible that the wsp messed this library up.
