I want to give the users the change to change some personal properties by themselves.

So it should be possible to change the mobile phone number for example. That information should be synchronized with user profile synchronization to active directory.

How can I give the users a form to change the properties. Do I have to develop it, or are there any other solutions.

They dont have MySite installed.

Do you want that users type a form and the user profile properties will be changed in AB depend on what users typed?

Did you configure user profile service application?

There is no OOB way to achieve your requirement and you need to configure a custom solution.

You need to develop to retrieve what users type in the form and update user profile properties using SharePoint Client Object Model after users finish the form.

maybe it is posible to use "My Settings" -> "Edit Item" to give the user a form to change his properties.
