Is there a way to change the default font and color for a Rich Text Field on a default form?  It defaults to a Veranda 11 and Grey color.  Why???  I want it to be at least a Black color like every other form since the dawn of time!

you can create your custom css file. Load it in master page , after corev4.css file , and put there the new style

to get it, use browser'dev tool ( F12 in IE ) and check which style is applied to that element. Next put the new values in your new css file
