Change all hyperlinks at once
Hello,
Is there a way to update all hyperlinks within a sharepoint environment? A lot of links have the full adres as a link in case of /subsite/documentlibraryname
Thanx

Hi Dennis,
I’m afraid that there is not an OOB solution to change all hyperlinks at once within a SharePoint site so far.
If your web application URL is changed, and if the previews site is stopped, you can redirect it to the URL follow this blog.

Or you can try to add a script in to modify URL. Please refer to goserver’s reply in this thread.

Need some more info:
What kind of links are these - links for sites, or hyperlinks entered by users as content
Why woulld you want to change all links at one? Is your web application URL changing?
Thanks,

Sharepoint controls the links using alternate access mappings - OTB feature which works similar to IIS Url rewrite module. You can add AAM in Central Administration > Application Management > Configure alternate access mappings. After you add new
AAM for your site (e.g. http://example.com), all intenral links on all html pages will reference to http://example.com/... (of course if you will access your site using http://example.com address). Another option as I already mentioned is try to use IIS Url
