Change Coulmn of USERInfo table exported while Open With Access

Hi All,

While we Open with access any List from Ribbon , a UserInfo Table gets created.I want to understand How the columns are getting exported in UserInfo list. Is there any settings I can check and decidde what to export and what to not.

Please suggest.

Hi Lalita- this is an automatic process. You'd have to make column changes in SharePoint in order for them to reflect in the table. Other than that, I don't think there's a way to pick and choose what gets sent to the table. Even if there was, as soon as it was refreshed, the table would revert back to all of the info. again.
