We have a new install of Skype for Business 2015 and are slowly rolling out Enterprise Voice features.
One of the requests is to provide an external number where our customers can dial and enter an extension DTMF (which they know since it's distributed on business cards, e-mail signatures) to reach someone directly.
I've been looking at response groups, workflows, but haven't quite figured out how to do this. In case it's needed we're using Exchange 2010 SP3 since it appears IVR doesn't have this and UM Auto Attendant needs to be used.
I'd appreciate if someone could point me to a link or two if this desired functionality is even possible.
