Central Administration and IIS showing different versions
I'm running a MOSS 2007 on Windows Server 2008 with SP2. After installing the Dec 9th Cumulative updates to WSS and MOSS, I noticed that there is a discrepancy between the sharepoint versions listed in Central Admin and IIS. Central Admin - 12.0.0.6524 - MOSS 2007 or WSS 3.0 SP2 + December 09 cumulative Update (KB977027 + KB977026) IIS - 12.0.0.6318 - MOSS 2007 or WSS 3.0 Infrastructure Update (KB951695 & KB951297) While everything seems to be functioning perfectly, I'm just wondering why IIS doesn't automatically update to reflect the Central Admin version, even after performing an IIS reset. Or is there something I'm completely missing?

IIS 6 in your Windows Server 2008 sp2? If you see the correct version in Central Admin and you don't have problem, don't worry!!! :-) Bye. Raffa!
