I have deployed SCCM 2012 R2 in a fresh new environment which has only One DC , SQL Server , Windows 7 Clients and SCCM 2012 R2. I had deployed multiple times SCCM 2012 in many other locations but this one is really strange , everytime i push the client installation using the Domain Administrator account I get an error :

 the last four lines of my ccmsetup on windows 7 64bit client:

What happens if you try to manually install the client?

\\SiteServer\SMS_XXX\Client\ccmsetup.exe

I get the same error message :

CcmSetup failed with error code 0x87d0029e ccmsetup

I also redistributed and validated the client , removed and added the management point. 

Please advise me.

Please remove if any old sccm client is still installed by using ccmsetup /uninstall command and then reinstall sccm client.

I have removed the old client using ccmsetup /uninstall and then tried to install the client manually , i got the same error message :

Try ccmclean and then redeploy

How about deleting the ccmsetup folder under C:\Windows?

Have you tried to install the client on a fresh computer with no client installed before? Still same error?

I believe as Joyce observes, your CCMSetup folder contents are messed up, one of the binaries is perhaps corrupted.

Deleting the ccmsetup folder under C:\Windows worked for me. Thanks alot
