I migrate Sharpoint 2013 site to Sharepoint online and can't upload wiki site (aspx files)

I gt error access denied.

I tried Upload file with IE, ShaorepointDesigner, OneDrive, Content Matrix tool ...

docx files uploads good

On office 365 forum helped me.

Answer:

Check if the Custom Script feature is enabled: Office 365 admin center > SharePoint admin center > settings > Custom Script > check Allow users to run custom script on personal sites and Allow users to run custom script on self-service created sites.
