When i try to create a site collect now after i deleted it i get the following error. The URL '/GSPH' is invalid. It may refer to a nonexistent file or folder, or refer to a valid file or folder that is not in the current Web. I tried this using the command line and it give me the same error. Note: I have installed project server on the same machine.

Hi, Go to central admin-->Application Management--> Site Collection list to verify whether it is deleted properly or not.
