Cannot recieve content from Cloud-based Distribution Point

hello guys.
currently I have a cloud-based distribution point in my infrastructure.
My cloud DP already has deployed content (firefox, MS Project 2013), by default Cloud DP works as fallback content location.
When I make the deployment of a package firefox and/or MS Project, this is displayed in Software Center on the client computer, but when I select download, the status remains at "Downloading (0% complete).

The log DataTransferService.log have these errors

I do not have cloud DP experience, but is there a firewall that could be blocking communication to the DP in Azure?

I don't think that this is firewall related, because the client sees a return code from the server (http 600).

Torsten, you are right. . .HTTP 600 is invalid response.  So there is at least some communication.

What does the cas.log show?

Ok. . .again my experience with Cloud DPs at this point is limited, but here are a few things:

1.  Review this to make sure your Cloud DP is setup correctly -  http://blog.coretech.dk/kea/configmgr-cloud-distribution-points/

2.  Try updating the content for the application on the cloud DP

Hi Jeff, thx.
I make another cloud-based DP:
-2 management certificates of azure (cer, pfx) (to connect SCCM with azure)
-1 Configuration Manager cloud-based distribution point service certificate PFX (based on the documentation of MS)
-the CNAME record in DNS (based on the documentation of MS)

after this, I got the same result:

-DTSJob {C5E978C7-682C-4F83-9919-497E88D1A01B} in state 'DownloadingManifest'.

-Failed in WinHttpReceiveResponse API, ErrorCode = 0x2f78

-Error sending DAV request. HTTP code 600, status ''

Just for completeness (even though HTTP 600 does indicate some communication is occurring), can you validate that there is no firewall or ACL in place that is causing communication issues?

hi guys
thanks for the support.

The solution was:
add the exceptions in TMG for anonymous requests:
guid.cloudapp.net
guid.blob.core.windows.net
