Are you using Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) 3.0 or Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007? If you are running WSS, you only have the Three-State Workflow template.Chris Caravajal MCTS SharePoint Help

Unless I am mistaken, your version of SharePoint, WSS 3.0, does not support creating Audit Reports. Again, you would have to upgrade to Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 to get this functionality.Chris Caravajal MCTS SharePoint911 Consulting & Support Services
