When i send a file in a Document Library in my SharePoint site to a Records Center, it routes to its respective library. But when the record is supposed to be routed to the unclassified documents, the sending is successful but I can't find the file that I sent. Even the meta data that is supposed to be with the file. I've tried: Opening the site with SPD but still unable to locate the physical files. I checked the View all site content and it says that my Unclassified Documents folder has a number of files but when i open it, it's just an empty folder..

When you submit a file that is not classified, it should show up in a folder with the date of submission of when it was submitted. Also it's possible that a classification rule picked it up.
