When I visit the Insider Program website either on Chrome or IE and attempt to download the latest preview nothing happens.

At the bottom of this site:

There is a link GET THE PREVIEW.

I click this link, it takes me to another page:

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows/preview-download

Where absolutely nothing happens. I've tried on multiple browsers and even my laptop and same result on all.

Then in my 9926 test I have no option to download any preview builds or select the "fast" or "slow" tracks or whatever. Just doesn't exist at all as everyone keeps talking about.

Is this all some sick joke from MS just to **** with people?

The Check Preview Builds option has been removed. Instead, when you click Check for updates, it will check for New preview builds at the same time.

RE : select the "fast" or "slow"

Under Check for updates, there is the Advanced options > click it > scroll down to the bottom and you will see the option of choosing Slow or Fast.
