i am not able to create any lists or libraries. it throws an unknown error. also i cannot upload any documents to any libraries. i am able to create sites though. any ideas? thank you

when i am in the front end web server and create the list, the operation gets complete smoothly without any issues.

Hi, Did you configure all ULS log to Verbose for detailed clues?
