Hi _Kumar, From the information posted, I learned that when you try to create a Data-Driven Subscription, it shows the same error message as the link you provided. If I have misunderstood, please point out. Generally, we can create a data-driven subscription by the following step: 1. In Report Manager navigate to the folder containing the report, hover over the report, open the options menu and Click the Manage. 2. Click the Subscriptions tab. 3. Click the New Data-Driven Subscription button. Please be aware that the shared datasource connection must be configured to use Credentials stored securely in the report server. Otherwise, it will show that error message when creating Subscription. By the way, the User you have mentioned is a built-in collection, which provides the user identifier and language setting. Conclude from your description, this collection is not the key point in your scenario. For more information about Creating, Modifying, and Deleting Data-Driven Subscriptions, please refer: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms156012.aspx. Thanks, Lola Wang Please remember to mark the replies as answers if they help.
