Scratch that.  Even though I have SQL TCPIP port open and SCVMM is able to connect, I had to disable the Windows FW on the SQL VM to allow the Install to interogate the SQL server.  Not sure why..

Cannot complete App Controller 2012R2 Setup - No Next button in "Configure the SQL Server Database" dialog.

I am installing App Controller 2012 R2 on a separate machine from SCVMM 2012 R2.  The install goes fine.  However, when I get to the SQL Server database setup, there is no Next button enabled.  The SQL Server is running 2012 Standard on 2012 R2.  The server I am attempting App Controller install is a freshly updated 2012 R2 Standard with UPDATE 1 and all current updates.
