Hi Guys, I did a SCOM 2012 install, everything went fine, installed my management packs and tested on a few servers all was looking good. Tried rebooting etc. and didn't help it at all. Anyone got any ideas how to resolve this?

Hi, "TCP error code 10061: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" Is the firewall enabled? Check ports here: Supported Configurations for System Center 2012 - Operations Manager http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh205990.aspxPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Firewall disabled for Domain networks. Confirmed that it is connected to a domain network too.

HI "The Data Access service is either not running or not yet initialized" - 1) Check that the System Center Data Access Service is running on the Management Server. 2) Check the SQL Server agent service is running on the SQL Server. The AD guys had changed the Scom Sql User account password and the SQL services on the box couldn't start. Didn't even look at the sql services!
