Cannot accept approval
Hi, I'm encountering a problem when approving requests using Outlook. This doesn't happen on every request, and I see no logic in why it happens on some and not others. The problem is, after an approval is responded to via email, a reply is received that says 'Cannot Accept Approval". However, the request does go through and is processed normally. I have ensured that the fim service agent's mailbox is set to accept mail only from authenticated users, and the user who is replying to the approval request is definitely authenticated. Has anyone else encountered this? Any ideas? Thanks, Mark

I've seen such responses in my production when user was pressing 'approve' button in Outlook while FIM service and IIS was restarting. it happened only 2 or 3 times and I haven't seen it for a month.
