(NOTE: we appear to be using FPRPC in the Explorer view, not sure if that is relevant or not)We've tested this behavior on two other test farms we have running. I had the same problem. Allowed users to upload files up to 150 mb within SharePoint. Central Admin-Application Management-Web App General Settings. However, when I tried to upload a zip file that was 75 mb, I got the Http 404 error page. I searched the internet, and this seems to be a problem on Server 2008 machines (which we just upgraded to). You have to edit the web.config to allow large file uploads. Follow the link to the M$ fix: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/944981
